This is a 48 position heated evaporator designed for populare auto sampler vials used in GC and LC.

Heated gas and heated holder with a flow meter.

Can accommodate 6 and 12 mm vials.

Has 16 gauge SS needles with nylon luer hub.

Also Available: Nickel plated SS Needles

If working on 12 mm vials for reactions the Zipvap 24 is prefered, because the Zipvap 48 has a very tight fit with 12 mm vials.

120V 60 Hz and 220V 50 Hz also Available!

All are very cost efficient nitrogen analytical evaporators. They also offer a small footprint.

Manifolds are interchangeable.

Digital temperature control of sample heater also heats and controls the evaporating gas.

Manifolds deliver a controlled gas flow to all samples with a flow readout.

A simple cap shuts off flow to unused spaces.
